Returns Policy

90 days to return – no stress

You have 90 days from receipt to exercise your right to return your order.
You don't need to provide a reason – we want you to test the product and decide if it suits you.


How to return an order

  1. Write to us at kontakt@zdrowapostura.pl and provide your order number.

  2. Send the product back to the following address:
    Rozwarzyn 23A, 89-100 Nakło Nad Notecią
    (remember that the return is at your own expense).


Money back

Once your refund is received and approved, the funds will be credited back to your original payment method.
Depending on your bank, refunds may take up to 14 business days.


Return costs

The customer is responsible for the cost of returning the product.
We do not accept cash-on-delivery parcels or shipments sent to a different address.


Refunds are not possible for:

  • custom-made or personalized products,

  • products damaged due to the customer's fault,

  • returns that do not include the order number or contact details.


Product exchange

If you wish to exchange a product, please place a new order after making a return in accordance with the above rules.


Problems with ordering

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, or experience any other problem, please contact us at kontakt@zdrowapostura.pl .
We'll find a quick solution.


Unclaimed shipments and incorrect addresses

If you do not collect your parcel or provide an incorrect address:

  • after the carrier confirms the shipment status, we will refund the full value of the order (excluding the costs of additional services, e.g. express delivery),

  • the processing time for such a return is up to 14 days from the date of notification,

  • After 14 days from the date of failure to collect the parcel without contact from the customer, the order is considered completed.


Cancelling an order

Would you like to cancel your order? Please contact us at kontakt@zdrowapostura.pl as soon as possible .

  • If the package has not been shipped yet, we will cancel it and refund the funds.

  • If the package has been shipped, you can return it according to the returns policy.

Refunds do not include fees for additional services such as express shipping.
