🚚 Where do we ship?
We currently process orders only within Poland .
Our products are delivered by trusted carriers, depending on the payment method.
⏱ Processing and delivery times
- Order preparation time: 1–2 business days
- Delivery time: usually 6 to 12 business days , depending on location and chosen payment method
💸 Shipping costs
- Delivery is free for all prepaid orders (bank transfer, BLIK, quick transfer).
- In case of cash on delivery , the delivery cost is added in the basket and depends on the carrier.
Information about the full delivery cost always appears before placing the order .
🔁 Order changes and cancellations
Once you place an order, it is automatically processed.
Therefore, we cannot cancel or modify it .
However, you can use our returns procedure after receiving the parcel – no stress, you have up to 90 days to do so .
📍 If you have not received your shipment
If your package status is "delivered" but you have not received it:
- First, contact the courier company – it is possible that the package is waiting at the collection point or has been given to a neighbor.
- If you still can't locate your shipment, please contact us at kontakt@zdrowapostura.pl . We'll help you as quickly as possible.
In rare cases, tracking may be unavailable due to technical delays – in such cases, we encourage you to contact us.
✉️ Shipping confirmation and tracking number
Once your package ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number .
The tracking number is typically activated within 24 hours of shipment.
